Walking daily with God gives us the courage to face life with boldness and confidence. This boldness doesn’t come from our own strength or abilities but from knowing that the God who created the universe walks with us. Proverbs 28:1 declares, “The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.” When we walk closely with God, we can live boldly, trusting in His power and promises.

Walking in boldness means stepping out in faith, even when the future is uncertain. Like Peter walking on water, boldness often requires us to take a step into the unknown, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. Matthew 14:29 shows us this moment of trust: “And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.” Boldness doesn’t mean we won’t feel fear—it means trusting God enough to move forward despite it, knowing He is with us.

Boldness also enables us to live out our faith in a way that impacts others. Acts 4:31 says of the early church, “And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.” Walking in boldness allows us to share the gospel with confidence, stand firm in our convictions, and reflect the light of Christ in a world that desperately needs Him.

This week, ask God to help you walk in boldness. Whatever challenges or opportunities you face, step forward in faith, trusting that He will give you the courage and strength you need. Boldness is not about being fearless—it’s about being faithful. When you walk boldly with God, you become a vessel for His power and a testimony to His greatness. Let today be a day of bold steps in your walk with Him.
