Encouragement is a powerful gift we can offer in our relationships. Hebrews 10:24-25 urges us, “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Encouraging words and actions build others up and remind them of God’s goodness.

Encouragement doesn’t always require grand gestures—it can be as simple as a kind word, a note, or a prayer. Proverbs 16:24 says, “Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.” When we take the time to affirm and uplift others, we strengthen our relationships and bring joy into their lives.

This week, make it a goal to intentionally encourage someone in your life. Whether it’s through a compliment, a helping hand, or a thoughtful message, let your encouragement reflect God’s love and grace.
