Joy is a hallmark of healthy, Christ-centered relationships. Philippians 4:4 encourages us, “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.” When we cultivate joy in our relationships, we reflect God’s goodness and create an atmosphere of gratitude, laughter, and peace.

Joy doesn’t mean ignoring challenges or pretending everything is perfect. Instead, it comes from a deep sense of gratitude for God’s blessings and the people He has placed in our lives. Psalm 126:3 reminds us, “The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.” Choosing joy in relationships means celebrating the good moments, supporting one another through trials, and focusing on the blessings we share.

This week, find ways to cultivate joy in your relationships. Share a laugh, express gratitude, or spend time together doing something meaningful. Joy strengthens bonds and reminds us of God’s faithfulness in every season.
