Walking daily with God is a lifelong journey, and like any journey, it comes with challenges. There are moments when we feel strong and energized, ready to take on whatever lies ahead. But there are also times when we feel weak, weary, and unsure if we can keep going. The good news is that we don’t walk alone. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” God provides the strength we need to continue walking faithfully, no matter what we face.

This strength comes from waiting on the Lord—not in passivity, but in faith. When we take time to seek Him, to pray, and to rest in His promises, He renews our strength and equips us for the road ahead. The Apostle Paul experienced this renewal firsthand. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, he shares God’s response to his weakness: “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” Paul learned that when we rely on God’s strength instead of our own, we are empowered to endure and thrive in ways we never could on our own.

If you’re feeling weary today, take a moment to pause and rest in God’s presence. Bring your burdens to Him, and trust that He will give you the strength to carry on. Psalm 28:7 declares, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped.” Let this truth encourage you as you continue your journey. With God as your strength, you can face every challenge with confidence, knowing He will sustain you every step of the way.
