Healthy relationships grow when we serve one another with love. Galatians 5:13 reminds us, “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.” Serving others isn’t just an act of kindness—it’s an act of worship that reflects the heart of Christ.
Jesus set the ultimate example of servant-hearted love when He washed His disciples’ feet in John 13:14-15. He said, “If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.” Serving others requires humility and a willingness to put their needs above our own.
Today, ask God to show you how you can serve someone in your life. Whether it’s helping a family member, supporting a friend, or meeting a need in your community, serve with a heart of love and gratitude. Service strengthens relationships and glorifies God.
